You will lie on a couch and the treatment starts with a simple relaxation exercise.  We then start to place crystals on and around the client, depending on what they consider is needed.  The therapist stays with the client.

Depending on what happens, the therapist may change some of the crystals or wait until the end of the treatment and remove them all.  The crystals will be left in place for between 10-30 minutes.

After the removal of the crystals the therapist will talk with the client about the experiences they had and then check that they are grounded and safe to go back out into the world.
