The Natural Facelift Massage is a fusion of Eastern facial massage techniques & facial reflexology. It's a gentle, non-invasive approach to looking younger.  It relieves deep facial tension & so helps free constriction, increasing the flow of blood, oxygen & nutrients, thereby improving the complexion.  It will help your client’s face feel & look more alive. 

Facial Cupping is rooted in ancient healing traditions. Cupping has been part of many Eastern healing systems and alternative medicine for centuries.  We have 43 muscles in our face but, unlike the rest of the muscles in our body, we tend to neglect them. The sleepy, whitewashed village of Partaloa is the perfectly tranquil and relaxing backdrop to our retreat.

Our stunning retreat venue nestles on a hillside overlooking the local rambla and the majestic Sierra Los Filabres mountains.

Your first view as you turn into the driveway will take your breath away, as it did for us when we first saw it and immediately fell in love! You’ll feel, as we did, such a sense of calm and relaxation fall over you.

Lounge by the pool or on our huge sun terrace, siesta in one of our quiet nooks, enjoy one of our speciality fresh aloe vera massages by the pool or in the spa, or marvel at our magnificent clear starlit skies.

Almeria Province is still a deeply traditional area of Spain, and we celebrate not only the delicious local cuisine, but also the heritage it evolved from, the Moorish and South American influences. Plus some of our favourite dishes from our travels!

All of our meals are prepared using fresh, locally sourced produce – the best the Mediterranean coast of Spain has to offer!

Everyone one knows how healthy the Mediterranean diet is, but the secret is not just in it’s preparation or ingredients! It’s also the way it’s eaten. Eating as a family or group with lots of conversation and laughter is the secret ingredient that guarantees health!

This retreat definitely isn't a dreary classroom experience!  All the theory would be completed prior to attending the retreat so 95% of the training will be practical.

Saturday, Day 1: Arrive & relax (maybe book in for a treatment yourself!) before dinner. 

• In the evening you will observe a practical of the Gua Sha Treatment

Sunday, Day 2: Gua Sha Training (kit included): 10am-4pm.  After dinner, a meditation will take place under the stars.

Monday, Day 3: Relaxation Day

• In the evening you will observe a practical of the Natural Facelift Massage Treatment

Tuesday, Day 4:  Natural Facelift Massage Training: 10am-4pm

Wednesday, Day 5: We will take you to explore Mojacar – firstly up to Pueblo, the village at the top of the mountain for breakfast (included in retreat price).  After some free time to stroll around Pueblo, we will then take you back down the mountain to Playa (beach). We will then drive back up the mountain to an absolutely stunning restaurant (lunch not included in price – 2 course meal is 18 Euros).  After lunch we will drive back to Casa Torreta Blanca to chill

• In the evening you will observe a Facial Cupping Treatment

Thursday, Day 6: Facial Cupping Training (kit included) 10am-4pm.  After dinner, we will have the open-air cinema with popcorn & ice cream!

Friday, Day 7: Relaxation Day. After dinner we will take anyone who wants to experience the local ‘nightlife’ down to one of the local towns and a stroll around the bars.

Pat is a male grooming expert who, for many years, has taught barbers, hairdressers and beauty therapists, the art of cut-throat razor shaving. Pat is also a remedial/deep tissue masseur with over 30 years’ experience.  He is also the resident chef.

Cancellation Policy

1. A non-refundable booking fee of £250 is necessary to secure your place and the balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival, unless a cash balance has been agreed.  

2. Your deposit is transferrable to another person for the same retreat and dates, subject to approval.

3. If the balance of the price of your retreat is not paid within 7 days of sending our invoice, we reserve the right to cancel your place, retain your payments and apply the cancellation charge set out in Paragraph 4.

4. Cancellations: We will endeavour to treat cancellations sympathetically, however, once a booking is made, considerable administration costs are incurred by us.

• • Cancellation: 4-6 weeks prior to start of the retreat: 25% refund, if a replacement can be found, less booking fee

• • Cancellation less than one month in advance: no refund

5. In the unlikely event that we would need to cancel a holiday, full refunds will be given for any money paid to Casa Torreta Blanca up to the date of the cancellation. No responsibility can be taken for travel booked or other costs incurred.

6. All medical information, physical restrictions and food allergy details must be received at time of booking. No responsibility can be taken for information not given prior to the commencement of the course.

7. WE WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE ALL TRAVELLERS TO TAKE OUT THE APPROPRIATE HOLIDAY INSURANCE COVER.

8. Monthly payment plans can be arranged for retreats. The final payment is due no later than 6 weeks before the commencement of the retreat. If the monthly payments are not paid on time, we reserve the right to cancel your place and retain your payments and apply the cancellation charges as set out in Paragraph 4
